Où sont les chiens dans les cages maintenant ?, où sont les chiens avec les marqueurs rouges qui indiquent le plein traitement par l'intermédiaire des donations de VIER PFOTEN ? ? ? - Vier Pfoten
est une organisation autrichienne de protection des animaux qui a payé pour aider ces animaux - par conséquent des étiquettes d'identification rouges ont été adaptées à leurs oreilles pour
signifier qu'ils ont été entièrement traités (stérilisé, microshipé, vacciné contre la rage etc..). La dernière vidéo (ci-dessous) montre un chien marqué d'une étiquette rouge clairement identifié
dardé par un "attrapeur" de chien qui porte un masque. C'est illégal comme détaillé dans le texte ci-dessous.
Qu'arrive t'il à ces chiens après capture ? - nous n'avons aucune information, l'autorité de Svilajnac ne fournit aucune information. Nous voyons, aujourd'hui, de nouveaux chiens dans les cages -
chiens avec des étiquettes rouges aux oreilles ! - quel est le devenir de ces chiens maintenant ?

Shinters ("attrapeurs" de chien) ont mis des masques sur leurs visages (voir la vidéo du chien dans la rue) et attrapent plus de chiens. Nous avons contacté Mme Sanja Celebicanion - chef des
inspections vétérinaires, elle nous a juste dit qu'il est nécessaire de porter plainte contre les autorités locales - (nous avons fait cela hier). Comme elle est chef des inspecteurs vétérinaires
de la République de Serbie, son travail doit INTERDIRE les travaux ANARCHIQUES des sociétés privées qui fonctionnent en opposition à l'article 46. de la loi vétérinaire de Serbie. Le ` ferme privé
SZR HIGIJENA TOMIC ', montré ici, dont le propriétaire est Mr.Zoran Tomic, qui voyage partout en Serbie, attrapant les chiens contagieux pour 20 000 dinars par jour, puis les mettant a mort,
passant de villes en villes. C'est des affaires très sales, et il est nécessaire de supprimer cette société à partir du registre des sociétés du département vétérinaire parce qu'il entreprend un
travail anarchique et illégal. Nos militants Goran et Marija ont suivi cette compagnie et ont compilé des photos sur les liens ci-dessous. Nous avons porté plainte hier (le 12 mars) - concernant la
situation que cette compagnie attrape des chiens pour un massacre de masse, même si ces chiens sont maintenant vaccinés, stérilisés et marqués ! - voyez les étiquettes colorées rouges d'identité
sur leurs oreilles. ILS NE SONT PAS LÉGALEMENT HABILITER POUR CAPTURER ET TUER AUCUN CHIEN ; PARTICULIÈREMENT CAR ILS ONT DES MARQUES D'IDENTIFICATION SUR LEURS OREILLES ! ! ! - ils attrapent
simplement des chiens pour le massacre de masse - et pour l'argent, comme des affaires ; rien de plus, aucuns soins au sujet de la vie ou de la mort.

Les militants de SAV en Serbie informent par téléphone qu'un trou de 2m de profondeur a été trouvé dans une décharge locale d'ordures le même jour que des chiens avec des étiquettes rouges sur
leurs oreilles (et d'autres) ont été capturés et mis dans le camp comme montré sur la vidéo plus haut. Il s'avère que le trou à la décharge est maintenant de 1 1.5 m de profondeur et il y a de la
terre fraîche autour. Le camp en ville est maintenant vide, ce qui nous mène naturellement à suspecter que les chiens du camps ont été maintenant tué et débarassé. Nous suspectons que le trou soit
prêt à recevoir plus de corps, l'excédent des prochaines semaines. Les militants de SAV visent à obtenir plus d'évidence sur la situation bientôt.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
We understand that at the local dog pound of Svilajnac 4 dogs that wear red ear markings of the animal welfare organisation “Vier Pfoten” (Four Paws International) are waiting to be killed by a
lethal injection of the highly unsuitable T-61 (T-61 is a drug which causes respiratory paralysis - the lungs stop working whilst the animal is still awake. It suffocates whilst conscious), or
other means (like stabbing to death with a pitchfork etc.).
These dogs have been vaccinated (and DO NOT carry rabies) and neutered by“Vier Pfoten” and I should like you to explain to me why these animals have been caught and taken to the pound. Apart from
this fact the killing of obviously healthy and sound animals –and this goes for ALL dogs at the pound right now – is in direct contravention to existing Serbian law – and if you are not aware of
your own legislation let me help you remember:
From 1st January 2006, the Criminal Code of Serbia. Article 269: Paragraph 1: anyone who is cruel to, inflicts violence or kills an animal as defined by this law, must be punished by up to a 6
month prison sentence;
Paragraph 2: if suffering or death is carried out on more than one animal,the person who inflicted this suffering can be sentenced with up to 3 years imprisonment. - any person who is cruel,
violent or inflicts death on any animal making up the ’special protection’ group of animals (as for example, the wolf or the brown bear) can again be sentenced to up to 3 years imprisonment.
In addition to Article 269, Article 46 of the Serbian Veterinary Law declares:- that animals have a right to life.
There is no law declaring euthanasia has to be undertaken as a means of stray / street animal control. - each local community in Serbia has an obligation to provide care for abandoned dogs and
cats, - each community has an obligation to finance stray animal care, including the building of shelters, - each community has an obligation to finance sterilisation, medical care and food for the
(stray) animals.
I therefore expect you to immediately release these animals again and instruct the shinters operating in the area to leave them in peace !! As indeed would be most desirable with all dogs and cats
that regularly find their cruel deaths in the death camps of Svilajnac and other Serbian cities.
You may be aware that efforts are underway to bring the matter of Serbia’s stray to the attention of the EU Animal Welfare Eurogroup/Intergroup led by Mr. Parish (and the supporting initiative by
Mr. Hutchinson) in Brussels –and even as I write this data on Serbian animal abuse is already being reveived and evaluated by Mr. Parish’s office. The next EU Animal Welfare Eurogroup/Intergroup
meeting this year will see a lot of discussion on the subject – and you may rest assured that every single animal killed henceforth will be another nail in the coffin of Serbia’s hope for accession
into the European Union.
The conduct and ignorance shown by the Serbian authorities towards the plight of Serbia’s strays cannot and will not be tolerated. Financial means to properly care for these animals and implement
large-scale HUMANE sterilisation and vaccination campaigns DO EXIST, but are routinely misused to finance the killings.
We will closely monitor the situation in Svilajnac in the next few days and every information that these animals have been killed will be forwarded directly to the EU and around the world to even
further streng then our case in Brussels that Serbia is not enforcing its own national legislation – ie. Criminal Code of Serbia. Article 269 and Article 46 of the Serbian Veterinary Law – the
visible enforcement of these by any national Government / authorities being a minimum requirement for any hope of Serbia becoming a member state of the EU.
I cannot imagine that “VIER PFOTEN” likes their money invested in trying to help these animals being seen also as being wasted by your authorities and shinters killing them off when there is
neither justification nor need (as in proving cases of rabies) for it.
Your situation is being watched closely; and very regularly;
